On February 17, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that it will release year end 2008 financial results after the market closes on March 5, 2009, and that the Company will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the following day, March 6, 2009.

EDINBURG, VA, (February 17, 2009) – Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (Shentel) (NASDAQ: SHEN) will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time / 9:00 a.m. Central Time on March 6, 2009. The company expects to release its 2008 financial results on March 5, 2009.
