The following information is furnished pursuant to Regulation FD: On February 6, 2012, Shenandoah Telecommunications Company held a conference call to discuss the effects of implementing upgrades to our PCS network to allow us to provide 4G LTE services in conjunction with Sprint Nextel’s Network Vision plan.
