Ann E. Flowers Joins Shenandoah Telecommunications Company as General Counsel

Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (Shentel) (Nasdaq: SHEN) announces that Ann E. Flowers has joined the Company as General Counsel, Vice President-Legal. In this position, Ms. Flowers will serve as the Chief Legal Officer of the Shentel organization.
Ms. Flowers has 25 years of legal experience, primarily representing telecommunications, media and technology clients. She most recently was Of Counsel in the Washington, DC office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and was previously with Hogan & Hartson in Washington, DC.
